About the Role

As a casual Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live independently. You’ll work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities for more based on availability and client needs.

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) highly regarded
Current Blue and Yellow Cards
Valid Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
Willing to travel up to 30 minutes




Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Experience supporting individuals with a range of support needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to individuals with a range of support needs in daily activities, community access and emotional regulation.
Implement individualised support plans and behaviour strategies.
Assist participants to build their capacity, confidence and independence.
Foster a protected, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to support holistic development.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Willing to provide sleepover support at a participant's home (desirable not essential)
