Corporate Dispatch Assistant — Christmas Peak Season

Hampers & Gifts Australia is gearing up for the most magical time of the year — and we need a Corporate Dispatch Assistant to help make it happen!

If you're organised, energetic, and love the buzz of a busy warehouse, this is your chance to be part of something special. You'll be at the centre of our festive operations, ensuring corporate orders are dispatched with precision, flair, and a sprinkle of holiday joy.

What success looks like in this role:
Safety is championed across the warehouse, every shift
Corporate orders go out on time, every time, to a high standard
Returns and re-deliveries are handled with care, not chaos
Dispatch operations keep getting better, not just busier

What you'll be doing:
Printing and processing orders from Machship for HGA & Maggie Beer websites
Overseeing picking and dispatch for corporate customers — ribbon printing, tying, card production, and sleeves
Booking deliveries with couriers and managing dispatch flow
Organising orders into tubs for the picking team
Coordinating with ribbon printers to keep production on schedule
Handling returns,



reworks and re-deliveries (RMAs) — system updates, customer comms, and invoicing
Liaising with corporate sales and customer service to keep clients happy
Pulling reports as needed

What you bring:
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse workplace — peak-period experience is a big plus
Solid time management and basic computer skills
Bonus points for Excel, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, Shopify or Machship know-how
Leadership experience (especially around Christmas) is a plus
A bit of artistic flair? Even better
