Saltwater Sushi and Oyster Bar is a vibrant dining spot within the Queen Victoria Market Food Hall, known for delivering fresh and high-quality sushi and seafood. We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand/Cook to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand/Cook with full availability to work 5 days per week. Please note that Mondays and Wednesdays are days off, and applications for less than 5 days will not be accepted.

Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and marinating.
Assist in cooking and plating dishes alongside the head chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Handle dishwashing and ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned properly.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.





Requirements:
Proven experience in a kitchen hand or cooking role.
Availability to work 5 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays off).
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
