Seven Hills GP Practice is looking for a Registered Nurse to work closely with the GPs to ensure patient care needs are identified and addressed. The Nurse will play a key role in being the point of contact for patients in providing ongoing care.

Duties will include:

Meeting patient's nursing care needs at high levels of standard

Engaging in health screening and promotion

Managing nursing care for chronic disease management by initiating and contributing to GPMPs, TCA, Health Checks and Cycle of care

Routine treatment room care including wound management, ECGs, Spirometry, Cold Chain Management, Venepuncture, Vaccinations, Managing stock levels of medical supplies and vaccines

Proactively analyse patient base and respond to using clinical audit tools.

Assisting Clerical staff

Essential Criteria:

Current AHPRA registration

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday

Renumeration:

Award rate paid to the right candidate

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Work Days:
Monday to Friday
