Epico Bakery, located in Epping, is seeking reliable and motivated part time casual Process Workers to join our growing production team.

This role offers consistent hours from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, providing a regular and predictable working schedule. As our business and production requirements continue to grow, there is potential for the role to increase in hours over time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with dough preparation and handling, including scaling, shaping and transferring products through various stages of production
Operate and monitor basic food production equipment (training provided)
Pack finished products in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and production areas
Follow all food safety, quality assurance and workplace health & safety procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

About You
Reliable,



punctual and able to consistently work the required 9:00am–1:00pm schedule
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of food safety standards, or willingness to learn
Physically capable of undertaking manual handling tasks
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production or process work is preferred
Experience handling food products, particularly dough or bakery products, is highly regarded
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets is advantageous
