We are a guest-focused hotel located in Sydney, committed to delivering friendly, professional, and memorable experiences. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Guest Service Agents to join our team on a casual basis.

Role Overview
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and deliver a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Knowledge and experience about opera PMS system
Handle reservations, enquiries, and phone calls
Process payments and manage billing accurately
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
Maintain front desk presentation and hotel standards
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Follow hotel policies and procedures

Requirements




Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
RSA & First Aid Certificate
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
