At PHG we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable dining experiences. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic culinary team.

Locations: Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Burleigh Heads

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dishwashing areas
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and kitchen organization
Ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment and supplies
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or hotel environment is an advantage (but not essential)




Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
