Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of five years in the trade, with previous experience on Okuma CNC’s highly desirable.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings,



knowledge of production methodologies, Lean production fundamentals, and quality principles.
Attributes: A positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills are essential.
