About the role

We are seeking a motivated Registered Migration Agent to manage a portfolio of legacy client files and spearhead new client acquisitions. This is a part-time position requiring 3 days (22.5 hours) per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal for an initial one-month intensive training and hand-over period at the office. Following this onboarding phase, the role transitions into a versatile hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home with a schedule tailored to fit the 3-day work week. This is an autonomous role perfect for an agent looking to control their own client base while maintaining a steady flow of established legacy work.

Key responsibilities
Take full ownership and management of existing legacy client accounts
Prepare, review, and lodge applications with a primary focus on Partner visas, Citizenship cases, Visitor visas, and Family visas
Audit inherited files to ensure absolute compliance, track upcoming deadlines, and plan visa pathways
Proactively consult with prospective leads to convert them into new clients
Actively grow and manage your own autonomous pipeline of work




Manage and promptly respond to client emails and phone calls as required during working hours to maintain excellent client service
Conduct qualified consultations via phone, video call, or face-to-face
Maintain active registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
Adhere strictly to the Code of Conduct and industry regulations
Ensure accurate data entry, time-tracking, and document management within the firm's CRM/migration software

About you
Active and unconditional registration as a Migration Agent in Australia
Solid foundational understanding of Partner, Family, Visitor visas, and Citizenship applications
Exceptional written and verbal English skills for drafting persuasive submissions, handling phone inquiries, and managing client correspondence
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a 22.5-hour work week
Proficiency with remote communication tools

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
