Alumicorp is looking for a hands-on and detail-focused Quality Assurance Coordinator to help oversee and continuously improve quality across our powder coating and manufacturing operations.
Working closely with our QA Manager and all departments, you will help ensure quality standards are understood, followed, documented and maintained throughout the entire production process.
Our QA Manager will provide training and technical knowledge to help you develop in the role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality standards across all departments and stages of production.
Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the powder coating process.
Work closely with Production Managers, Team Leaders and staff to maintain QA standards.
Ensure relevant departments are completing and uploading required quality checks, records, photos and documentation.
Identify quality issues and ensure they are reported and addressed promptly.
Follow up with departments where quality requirements have not been completed.
Help investigate defects, rework and recurring quality issues.
Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes.
Assist the QA Manager with quality procedures,
audits and compliance.
Conduct final quality checks before products are released for dispatch.
Promote a robust quality-focused culture across the business.

Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing workplace.
Able to take responsibility and ensure procedures are followed.
Previous QA, manufacturing or powder coating experience is beneficial but not essential — training will be provided.
The goal of this role is straightforward: identify problems, improve processes and ensure quality standards are consistently upheld across every department.
Pay: From $33.00 per hour
