Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook café menu items to a high standard.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented with care and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations when on shift.
Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries.
Prospect to assist with menu planning and development of seasonal specials.

Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience as a chef, cook, or café chef.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Time management and organisational skills.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for food quality and presentation.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
