We are an authentic, rapid-paced Vietnamese restaurant with locations in both Marrickville and the Sydney CBD. We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Hands to join our team across both locations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with Vietnamese food preparation (chopping, prepping ingredients, assembling base dishes).
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen workplace.
Support line cooks and chefs during busy lunch and dinner services.
Dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and basic kitchen maintenance.
Receive and store food items and stock properly.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:



Prior experience with Vietnamese food preparation or in a quick-paced Asian kitchen setting is strongly preferred.
Work Ethic: Reliable, hard-working, and thrive in a busy team setting.
Attitude: Willing to learn, take direction well, and grow with our team.
Availability: Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts across our Marrickville and/or CBD locations.
Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
