Key Responsibilities:

[Floor Staff]
Greeting customers and taking orders
Serving food and beverages
Managing payments and operating POS system
Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area

[Kitchen Staff]
Preparing ingredients and sushi / hot food menu items
Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining clean kitchen workstations and complying with food hygiene standards

Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented




Valid Australian working rights (Working Holiday, Student, Permanent Resident, or Citizen)
