We are looking to recruit some help for our team located in our Fyshwick mega-store, and also some shifts in our smaller Tuggeranong store.
As a retail assistant you will be required to competently handle a number of tasks on a daily basis, including:
customer assistance
stock processing - receiving and unpacking large delivery volumes (pallets) of large cartons
visual merchandising
cash handling
pricing/markdowns
POS & computer use (emails, transaction processing)
ability to lift/move up to 15kg and climb ladders
general cleaning of store and merchandise
An interest in or some personal experience of travel is always practical for applicant working in our stores.
Please include your full availability in your application and also state if you are able to work at both Fyshwick and Tuggeranong locations.
Initial hire period is for Nov/Dec/Jan (Christmas period) only but may be extended. Hours will vary and include both weekday and weekend shifts.
