Position: Personal Care Worker / Home Support Assistant

We are currently seeking an empathetic and skilled Support Worker to join our team in South Australia, providing assistance to our NDIS AND Community (homecare) clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support and care to NDIS & Home Care clients in their daily activities.
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks as outlined in the care plan.
Foster a positive and inclusive setting that promotes independence and well-being.
Communicate effectively to ensure explicit understanding and comfort for the client.
Reporting changes in health or behaviour
Driving to appointments

Requirements:
Previous experience in support work is desirable.
Understanding of the Aged Care and NDIS framework and its principles.
Compassionate,



reliable, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients.
Must have own vehicle for taking client on shopping or appointments

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 38.0 per week
