One of our client's, Springfield City Group, is seeking a Venue Manager to manage the day to day management and performance of the venue, ensuring seamless operations across food & beverage, events and members services for Brookwater Golf & Country Club.

Setting a benchmark in golf, weddings, functions and dining, the Brookwater Golf and Country Club is one of Australia’s finest, located close to Brisbane, Queensland. The Brookwater Golf Course and Country Club offers a wide array of golfing activities across our 18-hole par 72 golf course, including options and events corporate and group golfers.

The Venue Manager will focus on delivering exceptional cusotmer expreince, leading and developing staff, maintaining compliance and providing financial performance in line with business objectives. The Venue Manager plays a critical leadership role in fostering a positive team culture whilst maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

To do this Brookwater Golf and Country Club are looking for someone with an outgoing and energetic personality, passionate about cusomter experiences and interaction with members, organised, approachable and supportive to lead, guide and mentor the food & beverage team.

Accreditation and knowledge of RMLV,



RSA and industry regulations are also required for this role coupled with solid background in customer service, leadership, communication and hospitality. Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate different systems and ipads is required. Not forgetting a can-do attitude and ability to problem solve on your feet in a positive manner.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities include;
Oversee daily venue operations across front of house, bar, functions and service areas.
Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Drive revenue growth and profitability across all revenue streams.
Handle cusotmer feedback, complains and any escalations professionally.
Support marketing inditiatives and provide opertional input into recent offerings, menues and packages.
Monitor service quality and troubleshoot issues during events.
