About the role

Support customer implementations from MVP or pilot through deployment, integration, testing, production, maintenance and BAU. This person should be capable of handling standard deployments and working with Umbrella's senior engineers on recent or complex integrations. They should also help onboard and support later deployment and configuration resources.

Key responsibilities
Handle standard deployments and work with senior engineers on recent or complex integrations
Support customer implementations across MVP, pilot, deployment, integration, testing, production, maintenance and BAU phases
Onboard and support deployment and configuration resources
Provide UAT support
Manage production deployment and support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across deployed systems
Mentor additional deployment engineers
