About the role

MarineFab is a small marine fabrication workshop known for precision work and outstanding customer feedback. We’re looking for a casual assistant to support management, help customers, and jump in with light workshop tasks. Perfect for someone wanting school‑hours flexibility with the option to grow into full‑time.

What you’ll do
Greet customers, answer calls/emails
Support management with simple admin (no accounting)
Update jobs and help organise daily workflow
Assist fabricators with basic prepping, cutting, grinding, cleaning
Keep the workshop tidy and secure

Hours & pay
Casual, school‑hours friendly (e.g., 9:00–2:30)
15–25 hrs/week + extra hours when busy
$35–$45/hr
