We are currently seeking Construction Cadets to join our Sydney team.

This prospect is ideally suited to high-performing 2nd or 3rd year students currently studying a Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline at a recognised Australian university.

Our cadetship program is designed to provide exposure across key areas of pre-construction and project delivery, through structured rotations including:
Estimating
Contract Administration
Engineering
Health & Safety
Planning & Programming
Design Coordination
Site Management

As a Cadet, you will work alongside experienced industry professionals, gaining practical, hands-on experience on major commercial construction projects, while building a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.

About the Role
Typically, 4 days per week, structured around study commitments
Exposure to large-scale commercial construction projects across Sydney
Mentoring and guidance from experienced construction professionals
Structured learning and development opportunities
Opportunity to build a long-term career with one of Australia’s most respected builders

About You
Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of a Construction Management,



Engineering or related degree
Passionate about pursuing a career in commercial construction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to project teams
Organised, reliable and able to work effectively in a team setting
