About the Role:
Location: Docklands VIC
Pay Rate: $43.06 per hour
Shift: Mon to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Duration: Ongoing Casual
Start Date: Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical care to elderly clients, including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and ongoing health assessments.
Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors, allied health professionals, clients, and their families.
Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ or clients’ conditions, escalating concerns promptly and ensuring appropriate interventions are in place.
Support daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and continence care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards, while effectively communicating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications and Skills:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), with no restrictions.
Nursing Indemnity Insurance.




Valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC) for Victoria.
Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance requirements (e.g., influenza, COVID-19, and other role-specific immunisations).
Demonstrated clinical competency and continuing career development (CPD) in line with NMBA (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia) standards.
