About the role

Our client, a household name, requires a Graduate Engineer to support the Manufacturing and engineering teams. By applying engineering principles, assisting with project delivery, conducting technical analysis, and developing practical solutions to engineering challenges. This role provides structured learning prospects and career development toward achieving Chartered Qualified Engineer status.

Key responsibilities
Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of engineering projects
Prepare technical calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
Support project engineers with engineering documentation and compliance requirements
Participate in site inspections, audits, and investigations
Analyse technical data and recommend improvements
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
Monitor project progress against budgets, timelines,



and quality requirements
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Support procurement activities and material selection
Ensure engineering activities comply with relevant legislation, standards, and company procedures

About you
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised university
Eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous engineering internship, vacation work, or industry experience (desirable)
Experience with engineering software relevant to the discipline (desirable)
Current driver's licence and car
