About the role

You'll be working alongside our printer and helping keep production running smoothly day to day. This is an entry-level casual position starting at 2 to 3 days per week, with the opportunity for more hours and responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities
Assisting the printer with production and job setups
Reclaiming, cleaning and preparing screens
Loading and unloading garments
Catching and stacking printed garments
Preparing jobs and garments for production
Packing and finishing completed orders
Keeping the print shop, equipment and work areas clean and organised
General workshop and production duties
Learning the screen printing process from start to finish

About you
Has a genuine passion or interest in screen printing, clothing, design or the print industry
Is reliable and turns up ready to work




Has positive attention to detail
Enjoys hands-on work
Isn't afraid of physical work or getting their hands dirty
Takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and organised
Can follow instructions and use their initiative
Wants to learn and develop new skills
Works well as part of a small team
