The Program Lead Organisational Change will lead the organisational change workstream for Toowoomba Regional Council's Transformation Program, helping guide the organisation through a significant period of enterprise-wide change.

Working closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders, the role will drive business readiness, change adoption and capability building to support the successful delivery of transformation outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring experience leading organisational change within complex environments, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and embed sustainable change across people, processes and ways of working.
