Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a respected high-end residential builder to find a Site Manager for their architecturally designed homes across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.
These aren't project homes. Every build is a one-off, sitting between $3m and $10m, with complex structures, tight sites and finishes that have to be right. The detail is the whole job, so each Site Manager runs one home at a time. You won't be juggling a dozen sites and hoping nothing slips.
You'll be given a capable team and the room to run the build your way. There are targets to hit and a process to follow, but nobody will be standing over your shoulder. The builder wants someone he can trust to take ownership and get on with it.
It's also a secure place to land. Low turnover, a long pipeline of work and a direct line to the person making decisions.
What you'll do
Take full ownership of a high-end build from ground works through to handover
Run trades, programme and sequencing, and spot problems before they become defects
Work directly with architects, designers and clients on detail and variations
Handle tight access, sloping sites and structurally complex builds
Hold the finish to the standard these homes demand
What you'll bring
A carpentry trade background (essential)
Proven site management on high-end, custom or architectural residential
The confidence to run a site autonomously and own the outcome
A sharp eye for detail and a client-facing manner
A current NSW driver's licence
What's on offer
$150k-$160k plus super
One site at a time, with the time to do it properly
A long-term seat with an established builder with a robust name in the high-end market
If you're a trade-qualified site manager who'd rather build one remarkable home than ten average ones, this is worth a conversation.
