Field Officer - Property Management

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded property management business with a robust presence across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Field Officer to join their Property Management team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Property Management, with the chance to progress into managing a small portfolio as your experience develops.

The Role Working closely with the Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting property opens for the Property Management department
Conducting routine inspections
Coordinating property access with agents and tenants
Assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day requirements
Providing qualified service to tenants, owners and other stakeholders
Supporting the team with general property management duties

To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a current Certificate IV in Real Estate
Personal car and drivers license
Have an interest in building a career in Property Management
Ideally have some experience in real estate,



property or customer service
Be confident dealing with tenants, owners and agents
Be organised, reliable and professional
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Be comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday
