A permanent full time position is currently available for an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary paediatric therapy team based in the vibrant coastal location of Mackay, Queensland. Providing holistic care to children from birth to adolescence, this role focuses on empowering young clients with speech, language, and communication delays or disabilities to overcome challenges, express themselves, and achieve their full potential. The successful practitioner will deliver evidence-based clinical services within a bright, family-centered clinic, while also offering outreach support across local homes, schools, and community environments. Tailored to the clinician's unique professional interests and skill level, the caseload spans speech, language, fluency, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), literacy, school readiness, and feeding or mealtime support. Working closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and allied health assistants, the clinician will participate in group programs, parent coaching,



and community workshops to deliver cohesive, wraparound care.

Applicant Requirements:
Recognized degree in Speech Pathology.
Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
