We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy fabrication team based in Penrith.
This role involves working primarily with stainless steel, fabricating and welding components for a major stadium project, including handrails and other architectural metalwork.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable welder with solid TIG welding experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components.
Fabricate and weld stainless steel handrails and architectural metalwork.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Measure, cut, fit and prepare materials for welding.
Ensure welds meet quality and project specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a TIG Welder, particularly with stainless steel.
Experience in stainless steel fabrication and handrail manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What's on Offer?
$50 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm.
Based in Penrith, NSW.
Prospect to work on a major stadium project.
Consistent weekday hours in a hands-on fabrication workplace.
