Job Description

Site Installation TA | Hillcrest QLD | $40–42/hr + Penalties

️ Opportunity: Join a family-run crew installing heavy-duty bollards across Brisbane. Good hours, valuable gear and a team of hustlers who get things done. No micromanaging — hit the ground running and get stuck in.

Experience: White Card required. Construction/labouring background. Confident with hammer drills, hand tools, drilling, anchors and bolts. Manual C-class licence required. Truck driving experience a big advantage. Forklift + Confined Spaces tickets highly regarded. Fast learner, quick thinker and good communicator.

Perks: $40–42/hr + penalties | 38–50 hrs/week | Overtime | Site + workshop training | Prospect to step up.

Extras: Attitude over ego. We want a reliable doer who backs the team, learns fast and wants to keep improving. No hand-holding.
