Senior Property Manager | Inner Brisbane North

Up to 110,000K + super + KPI bonuses + referral commissions

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their new office in a great inner north location.

Manage an established portfolio of approximately 160 properties, with dedicated administration, leasing, new business and trust accounting teams supporting you.

The role:

You'll manage your portfolio from end to end, build solid relationships with owners and tenants, and oversee day-to-day property management matters. Responsibilities include routine inspections, with some assistance, entry condition reports and vacates.

You'll have support from:
A dedicated leasing team handling viewings, application processing and owner feedback.
A dedicated recent business team securing recent managements.
A dedicated trust accountant handling trust accounting.




A dedicated administration support taking care of paperwork.

What's on offer:
Attractive base salary plus super.
KPI bonuses of approximately $4,000-$5,000 per year.
Additional referral commissions for new managements and sales.
