NSW Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (Lvl 2) for the HDU at Fairfield Hospital. The role requires an AHPRA-registered RN with senior nursing experience and leadership capabilities. You will oversee staff, resources and service delivery to ensure protected, compassionate, high-quality care within a busy unit.

You will engage with patients, carers and the health care team to identify needs, lead risk management, and drive continuous quality improvement in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
