OzChild is seeking a Senior Practice Lead to provide specialist practice leadership across our youth justice and family-based care programs in Queensland. You will influence practice at program and organisational levels, build workforce capability, and drive implementation and continuous improvement of evidence-informed practice.

Work with senior leaders, managers, practitioners and Aboriginal partner organisations to translate evidence and outcome data into meaningful service improvements.
