Minor Hotels Australasia is recruiting an Assistant Property Manager for Mint Residential in Brisbane CBD. You will manage a boutique portfolio, handle rental enquiries, inspections, and leasing handovers within a global hotel group setting.

The role requires excellent communication with tenants and owners, sound knowledge of PM procedures and current legislation, plus flexibility for hybrid work arrangements and occasional Saturdays.
