You will handle L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end, delivering expert face-to-face service while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across hardware and cloud systems.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Windows endpoints.
