Position: Kitchen Team Member (Back of House)

As part of our BOH team, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and delivering the high-quality food Chick-fil-A is known for. Responsibilities may include:
Preparing food to order quickly and accurately
Assembling meals with attention to detail and quality
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Managing inventory and food prep
Working as part of a team to meet daily goals

To be successful in this role, you should be:
Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to follow food safety procedures precisely
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, high-pressure kitchen
A team player with a positive attitude
Open to learning and improving every day




Punctual, respectful, and qualified

Additional Requirements:
Must be available to work on Saturdays
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
