Talent is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Specialist for a 12-month contract in Sydney, hybrid work arrangement. This hands-on role covers software licensing, entitlements, reconciliation and ELPs, with exposure to major software vendors and an established ServiceNow workplace.

You will manage licensing, support audits and renewals, identify cost-optimisation prospects, maintain ServiceNow SAM data, and deliver lifecycle reporting, contributing to governance and technology risk reductions.
