Role: Business Analyst

up to 5 months contract, possible extension

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology transformation initiatives for one of our enterprise clients in Brisbane

Key responsibilities
Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather, prioritise and validate requirements.
Produce process maps, business analysis artefacts and documentation to BPMN standards.
Support current-state assessments, gap analysis, solution design, testing and change management activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to support platform migration, security uplift and modernisation initiatives.
Contribute to quality assurance, risk management and deployment planning.

Qualifications




Solid BA experience across technology projects (security, up-to-date workplace, or similar)
Robust requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement skills.
Familiarity with governance frameworks, testing methodologies and change management practices.
Experience using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, VDI, digital workplace or modernisation programs
