We're searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the team at the Mail Exchange Hotel — a vibrant, rapid-paced venue located opposite Southern Cross Station. Enjoy a versatile 4-day work week (40 hours) and be part of a supportive leadership team with genuine long-term growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Running day-to-day venue operations

Leading and mentoring the team

Contributing to marketing and social media

Rostering, stock control, and managing KPIs

About you

Experience in food, beverage & gaming operations

Knowledge of TAB, Keno & wagering

Current Vic Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG & RSF

Wagering accreditation (a bonus!)

Robust leadership and customer service skills
