IKKAI in Melbourne CBD is hiring a part time Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our busy Japanese restaurant. You will work 2–3 shifts per week, 6–8 hours per shift, with shifts commonly between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
No previous kitchen experience is required, but you should be reliable, a team player, and eager to learn. This role focuses on dishwashing, basic prep support, and keeping the kitchen and dish area clean to help the chefs.
