G'day Group is seeking an experienced Park Manager for Discovery Parks Halls Gap in Victoria. You will lead all park operations, balance commercial performance with guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team, supported by a furnished three-bedroom residence onsite.

This live-in management position requires robust leadership, financial acumen and a hands-on approach to guest experiences, asset presentation and regulatory compliance. Weekend and after-hours work may be required.
