About the role

Le Posh Hair is seeking a passionate, talented Senior Hairdresser / 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice to join our team. We operate a contemporary, supportive, and creative environment with a loyal client base and premium qualified products.

Key responsibilities
Perform high-quality hair services, including consultation, cutting, styling, coloring
Deliver personalized, top-tier service to build and maintain solid client relationships
Recommend suitable home-care hair products to clients to support their style and hair health
Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily salon operations and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere

About you
Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification)



with proven hands-on salon experience
Confident in contemporary cutting, precision styling, and modern color techniques
Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, skilled demeanour
Punctual, proactive, and capable of managing appointments effectively
Positive attitude with a passion for creative collaboration
