The Role & Duties

Working in the Corporate team, this is a busy role supporting two Partner,



including the Head of practice, and a team. You’ll be an integral part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, efficiency and a proactive attitude. Your responsibilities will include:
Monthly billing and time entry
Preparing presentations and pitches
File and matter management (electronic and hard copy)
Liaising with clients and various stakeholders
Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
Opening and closing matters
Assisting with court documents, briefs and e-filing
General administrative support to the team

About You
3+ years experience supporting at senior level in a private practice law firm
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
Friendly, adaptable and team-focused
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
