Medical Receptionist – Casual/Part‑Time/Casual Full Time

We are seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, works well under pressure, and brings a warm, professional attitude to every patient interaction.

About the Role
Greeting patients and managing check‑ins
Answering phones and booking appointments
Processing payments and Medicare claims
Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area

About You
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Previous medical or reception experience is an advantage but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
