QUALIFIED CARPENTER - Renovations & Insurance Work

We are looking for a qualified carpenter who is self motivated, takes pride in their workmanship and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience in renovations and insurance work is must. Applicant must have all tools.

Main duties of work:
General carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, skirting, architraves, cladding and decking.
Insurance restoration: Repair or replacement of building components damaged by storms, water, fire or impact, following the approved scope of works
Framing and structural repairs: Build or repair wall frames, roof framing, floor joists and other timber structures
Communication: Check finished work, upload daily photos and communicate respectfully with home owners and tenants
Quality: Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and taking pride in every job

What we're looking for:




Relevant carpentry qualifications and experience
Experience in renovations and/or insurance repair work
Your own tools
A solid work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and reliability
