As a key member of our Risk and Compliance team, the Senior Compliance Manager provides independent oversight and expert guidance on regulatory compliance across the Bank. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will help ensure the organisation meets its obligations under legislation, regulatory standards and industry codes, while providing trusted advice on compliance risks, regulatory change initiatives and day-to-day business operations.

Leading a team of compliance professionals, you will oversee compliance incident management, including investigations, breach assessments, remediation activities and regulatory reporting. This is a wide-ranging and dynamic role that balances strategic framework enhancement with hands-on operational support,



offering the opportunity to strengthen the Bank’s compliance culture and drive continuous improvement across the Compliance Program.

In this role, you will
Provide expert compliance advice and regulatory guidance to leaders across the Bank.
Lead the Compliance Advisory team and support the ongoing maturity of the Bank's Compliance Framework.
Drive the assessment and implementation of regulatory change, ensuring the Bank remains compliant in a agile regulatory workplace.
Oversee the management of compliance incidents and breaches, including investigations, reporting and remediation activities.
Influence key business initiatives and projects by providing regulatory insight and risk-based advice.
Represent the Bank with regulators, industry bodies and governance forums, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and positive compliance outcomes.
