The Role

Working alongside the General Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the hotel across bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming. You will support, coach and motivate a great team, keep service standards high, and make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back. This is a real opportunity to build your leadership skills, take on responsibility and grow with an expanding hospitality group.

What You Will Bring




Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a pub or hotel
Honesty, reliability and a professional approach
A hands-on style with strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including food, beverage and gaming
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
A solid understanding of compliance requirements to keep the venue secure and lawful
The desire to have fun and LOVE what you do!

Essential Qualifications
RSA and RCG (NSW)
Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (preferred)
