About the Role

We're seeking a caring and committed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Inverloch Coast Care Community.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents to live with dignity, purpose and independence. Working closely with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to assessments, care planning, medication management and clinical care outcomes, while fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Who We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Experience in aged care, health care or a similar clinical environment
Robust clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to supervise, support and mentor care team membersExcellent communication and documentation skills
Commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing
Knowledge of aged care standards and infection prevention practices
Basic Life Support Certificate (desirable)
