A leading global law firm is looking for an M&A; lawyer to join its Digital practice — an prospect to take your transactional experience into a role focused on clients, technology, AI and innovation, beyond the traditional billable-hour model.

Think sophisticated legal work, with a more in-house-style focus.

You’ll work with major clients on complex transactions while helping transform how legal services are delivered through AI, legal technology, process optimisation and creative delivery models. You’ll also have greater exposure to project management, client engagement and team leadership, working alongside lawyers, technologists and legal operations specialists.

This chance will suit an M&A; lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE who enjoys the technical and commercial side of transactions, but is increasingly interested in AI and the future of legal services — and is looking for greater variety, innovation and leadership outside the traditional private-practice model.
