The Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Representative to drive business growth by managing client relationships and securing new opportunities throughout Melbourne. This role is ideal for a results-driven skilled with experience in labour hire, recruitment, or industrial sales. The successful candidate would start out working closely with our internal team to learn the core of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with new clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing, engineering and maintenance sectors.
Manage sales processes, from prospecting to employee commencement and service support.

What We’re Looking For:




Proven experience in operations, sales, account management, or business development roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
A valid driver’s licence and willingness operate in all suburbs of Melbourne.
