Baby Bunting Pty is looking for a CX & Delivery Lead for Inspiration, Gifting & Discovery. You will own the squad roadmap, drive initiatives from problem definition through to release and optimise the customer journey from discovery to purchase across online and in-store experiences.
You’ll collaborate with UX, analytics, technology and marketing teams to translate customer insights into practical improvements that support growth and enhance the shopping experience.
