WorkCover Queensland is transforming under a recent 2030 Strategy. We seek a strategic Manager Claims to lead 4–6 Claim Leaders and their teams, total ~50–60 FTE, driving performance, capability and outcomes across industry portfolios such as Government, Commercial or Business.

You’ll build leadership capability, coach leaders, monitor performance and ensure compliant, customer-centred outcomes while shaping workforce planning and capability development.
